We did it Joe! We want to thank all of you who came together to make the 2023 Geary Art Crawl a spectacular community-driven success 🫶🏼

Despite facing an overall 85% budget reduction due to public funding cuts, our dedicated team, alongside your unwavering support, helped us create over 50 art activations, three music stages, a community garden picnic, three vendor markets, and countless memories✨

To clarify a question we overheard a lot on the street last weekend, the 'decision' not to have a street closure on Geary Avenue during the Crawl this year was one that our team only made due to lack of funds. Many people don't know that undertaking a road closure is very costly, and we simply did not have the budget for it this year. We welcome the feedback of both pedestrians and drivers as we envision the 2024 edition.

To continue fostering this incredible community and nurturing our local artistic talents, we kindly ask for your support through donations, big or small, which will play a crucial role in preserving the Geary Art Crawl as a beloved and vibrant cultural celebration within our community.

Thank you!

This year, we'll be downsizing a bit in conjunction with the lack of provincial funding received, but there is still so much in store.
